For the same reason why men are predetermined to spread their seed where ever they can. It's human nature.
Women find different body types attractive depending on their mood, or their age. It changes all the time. And yes, this goes for individual features as well.
I used to like guys with dark hair only. Blondes and red heads never did anything for me. But now I can dig a guy who's blonde, as long as his whole package does it for me.
And sometimes...it's not about a guys looks that attracts a woman to a guy. For example: Jeremy Piven and John Hannah are extremely attractive to me....I think it's their sense of humor that makes them attractive....because they don't fall into what I would consider "attractive."
