When it is too painful to place in an orfice on the female body. I have been with a few that were quite large and in having sex it was painful. I also met a man who was enhanced through two surgeries (wish I had the pic still) when aroused, he was the size of a loaf of sourdough bread. I don't know that it was possible to have sex at that point. I will say I know when who will not have anything to do with "well hung men" as they are intimidated by their size.
