I really wish the state would have mandatory sterilizations for deadbeat men and women. I once read a newstory about a guy who was court ordered to have a vasectomy. I think men who refuse to take care of their kids, or women who have children to milk the system for more money, should be given government paid mandatory sterilization operations. I'm sure it'd be cheaper in the long run.
