Yeah, if it's voluntary I don't see any moral dilema. Parents this screwed up should be encouraged not to breed. If there is some type of monetary gain for voluntary sterilization, they can go buy drugs or whatever & be happy. It would spare society in the long run.



That strikes me as social engineering, no matter how much incentive it grants the parties concerned.
