I always was one for romance. In the early days of Tommy's character I considered working up a romance between him and Penny, but I rejected it for two reasons:
1) It would be highly unprofessional, and Tommy wouldn't want to spoil a good gig like this with offic romance.
2) I wasn't convinced it would be in character for Tommy
