This just goes to show how they plead stupidity, menorahs are a religous symbol. It's a symbol of the Jewish faith. Depending on the shape of the star, a star can be either secular, Jewish or christian....



Actually looking at past Supreme Court decisions I would agree with you. They can do a nativity scene as long as they also include other religous symbols like a menorah. The school board shouldn't have equated a menorah to a Christmas tree.
