It's not so much the design of the truck as it is the notion of "blowing it up." Now, if I've misunderstood that part of the plan, let me know. But when I see "Get Bri to crack it open" that means to me "blow it up."
Gassing down the Dukes with one of the hoses on the truck is workable, but like I said you're gonna have a bunch of Dukes running around on fire, causing more problems. You've got to 1) lead them away from civilians and populated areas and 2) corral them all together and keep them from getting away.
There's a difference between "killing your foes in battle" and committing what might amount to an act of meta terrorism. This is what I've been trying to illustrate.
