Please tell me exactly when I claimed that?.....Sure, I was invited to help
when the club was forming (You can't deny that), but never once did I claim
it was my idea.....furthermore, I honestly don't know who Drzsmith is.....or
was......for that matter until just the other day.....and I have done
nothing to firm my place?....okay, fine, whatever....

The backlog of the club clearly stated that on several occasions in the past
I had pondered closing the club.....however, I felt I was being the bigger
man, as just yesterday Many people emailed me informing me that both Captain
Howdy and Drzsmith were members of my club....I was asked what I was going
to do about it....and I simply stated....nothing.....because it would've
proven one thing, had I deleted them.....that I was the asshole.....
the club was deleted, partially as a direct result of yours, and Drzsmith's
actions, but not wholly......oh well.....

Well, I still have a large amount of people pulling for me, but that seems
hardly consequential now.....I'm not surprised ROY, bsams, and yourself all
agree with each other......but I thought I knew you guys better than
that......and I still can't see what the grudge is about.....as for my true
colors, yes.....they saw that I was just as informative, insightful, and
funny as I was on the DCMBs.....furthermore, many of them supported my
return to Athanon, which is evidenced in the backlog hosted at the NBOYZ II
site.....Well, your little clique was the ones who invited me in the first
place....and it was fun while it lasted....but I still wonder what the
motivating factors are in this whole little fiasco (in retrospect, I can see
that the gears have been turning for quite some time now.....just how
long?).....it does come as a shock to me that you would all have it in for
me......you showed absolutely no signs whatsoever of hostile
intent......you're good, I'll give you that....please don't use

Never even considered any 'creative editing' that's just not my style....I
figured you knew me better than that.....apparently not....as for names,
logos, and anything else, you're gonna hafta provide me with a comprehensive
list of everything covered under your copyrights....furthermore, EVERY
SINGLE POST I EVER AUTHORED belongs to me, as you know......and I want every
one of them deleted......you know legally, without my consent you cannot use
them, nor host them.....I'd hate to be the guy assigned that job, but you
have only one month from today's date to do it.....I suggest you start
emailing those who host backlogs and other sites hosting my name and posts
without my consent....
From now on, I will refrain from any use of the NBoyz name, logo, and other
related indicia, but only if you can provide a list of everything you have
