Pity me -- I sat through this whole movie because it was recommended to me by a friend. It's very pretentious and pointless, despite all that bullshit Chewy quoted. If there's anything worse than the coming-of-age film, it's the mid-life-crisis film. When they're done well, they're excellent, but most of them are extremely mediocre at best, this one included. It had its moments at times, but it was not at all deep.
