I dont know about white on the inside, but all black comic book characters need to be hardcore. And their costumes arent allowed to look gay.
Ever take a long look at the Falcon? I hope not for your sake. A white guy could pull off that outfit but no self-respecting black man would ever be caught dead in a costume like that.
