Chicago, IL - A teacher's aide in Northwest Indiana is in jail after confessing to having sexual contact with several of her teenaged students. According to a story in the Northwest Indiana Times, Amber Marshall, 23, allegedly had sexual contact, including intercourse, with several students. The teenagers were in a special education class at Hebron High School. Marshall faces six felony counts. Police said the abuse had been going on for the last year. Investigators said Marshall turned herself in, telling police that she knew what she did was wrong and against the law, Marshall's bond is set at $75,000. |

Letourneau was a 34-year-old elementary school teacher in suburban Seattle and a married mother of four in 1996 when her friendship with the then-12-year-old Fualaau mutated into flirtation and then sex. When Letourneau was arrested in 1997, she was already pregnant with Fualaau's daughter.
