Seriously though, I'd love to argue about Social Security, but I find my knowledge in that area very lacking. So far, I've ascertained that it was started by Roosevelt to take the spare change that other people could have conveniently used before the end of their gracing period, which, coincidentally, was before they'd get their money back. Should have cut down on the medical expenditure as well to make sure they'd continue to die young. Anyway, I have no idea how it's evolved so far.
