With all due respect, Id, if any politician is putting on a series of campaign stops to promote a particular program, it would be, to put it mildly, counterproductive to include the opposition to the politician or the program.
For example, when Clinton was out there in the early 1990s touting Hillary's Health Care plan, do you really think he was arranging for Young Republicans to come to the events?
