Caveman.
Cavemen know how to survive on their own. They know how to kill, and will not hesitate to.
Astronauts do not necessarily have any fighting skills at all. Sure they are more evolved and might know different ways to kill someone, but if there's no weapons, I'd say the caveman wins.

It's not the same at all. Cavemen and Astronauts are both human, more or less. It's kind of an even playing field. Claiming Batman can beat Kryptonians, Amazons, and people with magic rings is preposterous.

I would rule that if the astronauts don't have weapons, then neither do the cavemen, unless of course the astronauts are wearing their spacesuits, which could frighten the cavemen into submission.
