So in keeping with the community spirit, I decided to give you the 4-1-1 on yours truly before I officially jump into the fray.

Some of you might know me from the DCMBS, which is how I know about this forum in the first place. I still post there under the same screen name. Suffice it to say that because I hang out there, obviously I'm into all things DC, from comics to television to movies.

Speaking of TV and flicks, I watch entirely too much of both. Listing all my favorites would take way too long, but basically I dig action, comedy, drama and science fiction. Current favorite shows are Smallville, The Shield, Alias, and of course WWE Raw and Smackdown! I grew up with shows like Cosby and Roseanne. As a true child of the 80s, I of course love the classic 80s toons like He-Man and Voltron. I'm also a huge Buffy fan.

I majored in communications in college, and after covering high school sports part-time at a local paper for three years, I recently got full-time employment with a radio news and traffic service. My dream job is play-by-play for the Pittsburgh Penguins, but basically as long as I end up in sports media I'll be happy.

I write fan fiction as a hobby. I had a Sliders series that had to be put to sleep. I had a Superboy project that's been in limbo forever. My current efforts are directed at virtual seasons of Birds of Prey. I'm also working on launching a young Bruce Wayne series. If the latter interests anybody, we're still looking to fill out the writing staff, so drop me a line.

I think that covers the basics. For some of you that's probably way more than you ever wanted to know about any poster on these boards. For others it may not be nearly enough. If the former is true, then why are you still reading this far down? If the latter is true, hey, go ahead and ask questions. I'm an open book.
