the more information tidbits i get from the trial this family seems like a complete nest of wackjobs. Yeah, Michael has possibly and/or probably done some very sick stuff, but these families that have had past relations at the ranch are completely looney. (in no way do i excuse or alleviate MJ of any wrongdoing or weirdness/sickness by making these comments).

I've been saying all along he is innocent......he's just a fucking moron for putting himself in these bad positions and trusting strangers..................this doesn't mean I don't think he is weird as hell and borderline insane.

As much fun as it is to make jokes about the whole thing...I really don't think he's guilty. I can't say why exactly (gut instinct??)...But the whole thing just feels contrived. For the most part, I feel sympathy for the man (as he's obviously fucked in the head...seriously, a nut job if I've ever seen one) being placed at the center of a situation that I don't think he really understands. I think he buys into his whole 'freindship with children' thing, with no sinister motive in mind.

i really dont understand how with all the acusations made about him, and that aside his weird behavior any reasonable parent would allow there child alone with him. weird behavior aside what kind of parent lets their child go stay the night with an adult man who surrounds himself with children?

That was my point. I don't really know on his guilt/innocence..either could be true (I assume there may be some wrongdoing on his part, and he may indeed be a candidate for the death penalty, IMO, as far as I'm concerned.). The parents are obviously as big as whackjobs as he is though, they should atleast lose custody or something..what the fuck?

Lock him up for the duration of the trial. He pulled this stunt a couple days ago and he's done stuff like this in previous trials. He has no respect for out court system and should not be trusted.

It is partially the judges fault.
I also think the case against him isn't that strong. The accuser and the accusers brother have given conflicting reports. I think the only way to prove he's a child molester now is to get the guy Jackson paid off on the stands, which I think the prosecution is planning to do.

I blame both of them.

On anything less than murder a defendant is, under the constitution, more or less entitled to bail...until he fails to appear for court. Then, the Judge has the right and power to order the bail forfeited and the defendant incarcerated.
