With all due respect, that dodge is almost Clintonian in its "nuance."
But I will rephrase.
You are wrong to suggest that, if blame is to be assessed by Rex, that it should be assessed against the Judge.
As noted previously, the Judge is, constitutionally, required in almost all cases to allow for the possibility of bail unless and until a defendant fails to appear for trial.
Therefore, a suggestion that another poster should blame the Judge is to ignore the constitution.
