I gotta agree with this. That might be close to Prime, but not close enough. I'm cool with changing Megatron, a transforming pistol just doesn't have the same effect as a massive tank (or whatever they're going with).
I will hold any major negativity until I see more...a lot more...
The one real problem I have with the Transformers movie is the complete change of Bumblebee.
