Is this really such a big decision where you have to wiegh the news articles to decide if you're going to see a bloody movie? Do you like Superman? Then go. No? Then it's probably not your thing. It's less than $10 bucks out of your pocket if you do, and a couple hours of your liife (time you have to spare if you're going to debate shit like this).
Worst thing that can happen is the movie sucks and you forget about it.
