Naww, this is the 20th aniversary of crisis, the 20th anniversary of blue beetle in the DCU, and the 20th anniversary of a shitload of continuity glitches..I think this will be DC's way of fixing all the glitches without doing a complete crisis style reboot...and I think Kord will end up alive later, because apparently he gives the wizard shazam his scarab before he buys the farm..which is a scarab of resurrection..And kord did have the armor in Kingdom Come..and used the scarab..
