Getting graded on bad poetry. That must have been awesome. How did they measure the grading of it?
WBAM, I have devoured every book Adams ever wrote, including the last one that came out posthumously, A Salmon of Doubt (which includes what he had completed of a third Dirk Gently book...only a chapter-and-a-half. It just stops. It's heartbreaking.)
I absolutely love the Dirk Gently character. Adams once said that he was his own, personal version of "The Doctor" from Doctor Who. Now, that's a franchise that should be made into a movie right there. And, I would cast Eddie Izzard (see my avatar) as Gently himself. Just off the top of my head, really....
