I voted Morrison and Ellis for reasons stated earlier. And Vaughan because he has a more solid grasp of character and dialogue than most of the others. And Millar 'cause I like shit blowing up.

The only possible explanation I can think of for Rucka being several votes ahead of Moore, Morrison, etc. is that this is all a scheme to piss off Pariah.
I voted for Alan Moore, by the way. In my mind, he's in a class of his own. Neil Gamain, Grant Morrison and Frank Miller are the only writers that would even come close.
