Exactly. The hearing got cancelled (I didn't find out until I got into my boss' office at 10am), but I have two grievances to hear because I wrote a tech up for not performing his job the way he's been told to. He fucks off and then, when he gets caught and written up, cries about it (no, not literally). The next time I have an issue with the quality of his work, he's probably going to get suspended for a day...
