Pop music equals crap. Backstreet Boys, Avril, Britney Spears, Puff Faggot, J-Ho... not an original, creative bone amongst them. Pop music these days is lowest common denominator crap made by mindless idiots for mindless zombies who have been brainwashed by television and the media into thinking what the TV says is Kewl is kewl, and that this all hasn't been done before much better by others.

I mean, come on, man... what kind of warped culture we where Gov't Mule and Hank III can't get airplay, yet the airwaves (wholly owned by Clear Channel) are chock full of crap like the so-called artists I mentioned above.

Do you know that it took 10 people to write that epitome of creative writing "Jenny From The Block"? I think the infamous 1,000 Monkeys could've done a better job.

This culture has become soulless, homogenized, mass produced shit. Reality shows that make pro wrestling look real... music that has no soul, no melody, and takes no talent to produce... we are told that women who look like pre-pubescent boys are the height of attractivness... and any attempt to be creative or individualistic is looked down or frowned upon, or just completely ignored because it won't sell slutty looking clothing to 12 year old girls (who seem to control this culture now anyway).

Pop music is just one symptom of an insidious disease in this plastic fantastic world. Oh, and it sucks, too.
