Not trying to play devil's advocate, but are you saying that no case exists where a pedophile truly loves the kid they're molesting?
Cuz' that reasoning is reminescent with the argument that all pedophiles are straight and the majority of pedophilic cases involved [adult male/boy] relationships (and I use that term as lossely as I can) simply because pedophiles find boys more low profile than girls.
