Actually, a lot of non-comic fans are digging the new movie pretty damn good. A guy I know who doesn't even read comics was telling me how great he thought it was and said, "They finally got it right." I really like the 89 Batman film, but I do dislike the fact that Batman is the second string character in his own film. It's more about the Joker than Batman. This movie is more about Batman than any of the others have ever been, and I think that's why comic and non-comic fans alike are loving it.
