This box office figure was expected but as I pointed out about 6 weeks ago, this film was an unequivocal "hit" despite the mass media trying their damndest to not acknowledge it as such from the onset.
That it finishes the summer as one of the biggest films of the year with absolutely no fanfare is no surprise to me.
