Personally, I think this is what's really going on. The angle came from something real, but it's still an angle at this point. Remember, Matt posted on his message board a while back that he forgave Lita. Now suddenly she's a whore.
Exactly. All indications seem to suggest that it started off as a real situation (the affair) and is now being exploited for heat (Monday's events). If so... hell, good for Matt!
The fact that his last comment on his message board is a "work", however, is insulting to the fans that supported him so ferociously when he was legitimately down. Still, it's hard to fault him a misstep, considering all that he's been through recently, especially since he's made some hard, brave decisions, taken all those lemons, and damn sure made some lemonade.
