The only thing is that a system like this should be extremely linient towards people with health issues. Since there would be so many people available to serve who are 100% healthy, people with migraines, bad backs, and other medical problems that would normally be over looked should be exempt from this.


Doing so would only make it even easier to dodge the draft.
