Dave, however, appeared to questioning why someone would refer to, or consider, a sixteen year old to be underaged.
I was, therefore, simply noting that in the US it was underaged, on the assumption that, perhaps, in the laws of Dave's jurisdiction it was not.
Dave isnt stupid,he knows the legal age in the USA........he's actually a lawyer who knows what he is talking about,unlike some!
Maybe the point he is trying to make is that in his opinion,and by his & some other countries laws,she isnt underage,thus covering his own arse.
