For Bisch (the character) to be truly effective, he must be seen to have real power over the show (like his character on Nitro) and not simply be seen as Vince's. . .bisch.

All thats fine & dandy,but I didnt see Vince giving Cena the US title back when Angle stripped him of it on Smackdown!
We all know WWE isnt about logic,so just because Vince has interferred in Bisch's business before,does not mean he will everytime!
