Nick Fury. I forget which ish it was in - but when Pym was talking to Banner saying that the team was taking on more crazies and knocking out others, there was a panel where Fury was listening in on them and not looking too happy. He knows everything about them, especially their weaknesses - kinda like Xavier when he became the big bad in the X-men a few years ago.
