Its Cap and Iron Man together. They free Thor and become the Avengers with Giant Man and the Wasp. The Ultimates end up being all the special forces types using their superpowers.
I like it. Not the part about them being breaking away and the title becoming less Governmental [is that even a word?], but the comradery between the Cap, IM and Thor has been severly lacking. Someones got to realise Loki's playing them all, Cap and IM are the ones i'd choose. No fucking way Giant Man would be allowed to join the team though [better not have been Loki making everyone think he was a wife beater when he's really not]
Your idea about the break-away would open things up for Loeb aswell. We all know he's lost his mojo and that he wont be able to top Millar, so the title may be taken into a much safer zone of crazy super-heroics and daily World saving events [thats not for me, thanks]
