well, Loki said there's a wolf in the fold, so while he's helping the traitor, I don't think he is. I'm leaning towards Jan or Hawkeye. He killed everyone involved in the assassination but his "killer". The killer made the camera's believe Captain America was responsible for the murders, so I think the "killer" was Loki himself. As to why Clint did it...hell if I know. We don't know anything about Ultimate Hawkeye except he was black ops.
which could be a reason why he "doesn't believe in this country anymore." I mean, doing all the seedy government jobs no one is ever supposed to know about? What effect does that have on someone?
