Okay, while the cameras apparently does show who the murderer is, and that Fury does go after said person with a vengeance I just think it's TOO obvious.
I know, that sounds kinda conspiracy theory like, but it's just bothering me. Besides, there's there whole "I'm Loki, I can bend reality to my will" thing too.
But then again. The only one who's actually seen Loki is Thor, and he's apparently crazy. So that could just have been a figment of his imagination. He would know there's a traitor in the fold, because someone would've had to have leaked that Banner was Hulk to the press. And as Thor said, he would never have done that himself, because he did not want to see Banner executed.
