Loki and the Soviet Super Soldiers (including a chinese Crimson Dynamo) take over New York (Doc's original, dammit!) and take down the Ultimates, wiping out the reserves (from the Annual). Black Widow shoots Jarvis in the head and holds Tony Stark at gunpoint to keep him out of things. Hawkeye is alive and being held hostage in a secret lotion (they got into his head and pulled out all of shield's security codes).
