I'd rather argue the politics after everybody is out of harm's way but I think Bush is guilty, at the very least, of slow reaction time if nothing else! If rich white people were stranded in New Orleans recue efforts would have been quadrupled from day one! Hell...if rich white people were stranded in New Orleans Bush would have been one of them!
but not Kerry and Edwards.........their hundreds of millions of dollars don't count......I wonder how much they will give to the victims.
