i dont think such a thing exists. there are voting and poll options, but that'd either just give the boards' picks (rather than personal) or require you to type more than normal, anyway.
what i do is wait for someone to post the weekly picks, then respond to that post, so that all the team-typin is already done. then i hilite the predicted winner in each row and click BOLD from the ubb code, which automatically puts the B tags around the name.
