Acctually I was refering to more serious threads where you made claims in order to support an argument, where it would have acctually served to move the conversation forward to defend your accusation and acctually serve as something more than masyubatory posturing. As far as your "insults" I guess you get off on the assumtion that they somehow effect my life by making jokes I find silly and you take the fact that I tease you for them as a sign of some sort of victory. Well if it makes you happy to think that while everything else in my life is going splendid I lose sleep over you calling me an ass-hole (something I hear daily from 10 year olds on X-Box live) then I won't argue, because it sounds like you need this.

i was actually referrin to r3x through your post. you were my point assistant.
i quoted that portion, and not the rest, of mem's post because the rest just deals with a difference of opinion on dubya, where as the portion i selected was a commentary on politicians/presidents and their speeches, in general.
as for the president doing more than just speeches and photo ops, yes, i agree, thats true. however, its undoubtably a large portion of their job, as it is any politician.

Where does the opinion part come into play? Have you checked out the resumes of these Fema guys? Anybody out there care to make the case that qualified people were chosen for Fema? I won't hold my breadth waiting because I'm betting the Bush apologists find it much easier looking away at what this President did.
