The regular Bat-Man runs over some cop and keeps a straight face and the narrative justifies his actions; this one is laughing like a maniac the whole time. I'm prolly nit-picking here, but I don't know if that's fair. I mean, there's many different types of disorders. Some are blatant (All-Star Batman), others are more subtle (continuity Batman).
