During my tenure in the Navy, I was lucky enough to visit Canada twice. Since we're getting so much oil from the country right now, I thought it'd be a good time to give Canada its due.
At 553.33 metres (1,815.39 feet), the Canadian National Tower (43° 38' 33.24" N, 79° 23' 13.7" W) is the tallest tower and freestanding structure in the world. Built in 1976 by Brieanna Wilson (CN) to demonstrate the strength of Canadian industry, the tower was originally designed as a radio and television transmitting antenna. However, CN soon found it was far more lucrative as a tourist attraction than a transmission tower. It attracts over 2 million visitors yearly.
That's a lot of people.
For those of you who've never been fortunate enough to go, I hope to show that Canada is indeed host to one of the Great Structures of the World.

And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack.

It is much more polite to finish getting dressed before walking around in public! Someone could take their eyes off the road and rear-end the car in front of them, which in every case is their own fault for not allowing enough room to stop. I sure hope they at least buckled their safety belts!
