I really need to lose weight so I've been walking a lot recently. I'm averaging about two two mile walks a day. I'm at the point where if I don't take at least one walk a day, I can't sleep. Even after about two weeks of doing this, I feel like I have more energy. I don't own a scale so I don't know if I've lost any weight, but I'm noticing my pants are getting a little bit looser. When I get a job I want to buy an exercise bike.

I really don't want to join a gym because I hate people.
