Hrm.....lets discuss a life in the day of a junior high teacher *hypithetically anyways........hahaha how about truthfully!*. Car gets keyed/body gets slammed against a locker/sexually harassed by any number of boys, "hey miss.....I bet your wearing black lacy underwear arent ya?" in the middle of class, having everything stolen from overhead markers to transparencies, having a fight break out in an all boys class (break it up) and then it turns even more violent and the PD is called out, students scream across the room in class/pass notes/throw paper clips, staples, pull off borders from the walls/and my all time favorite: a kid starting a fire in my room...

Oh yeah and I forgot about being under investigation by the Educatin Agency for the students low scores, having the area people observing the math teachers once a week, AND the superintendant team coming to inspect the teacher's lesson cycle/plans/manipulatives during a class every two weeks without warning.

In the midst of all this choas, learning must take place despite the fact the students are on a fourth grade math level and let's not forget that the benchmarks are two weeks away and that if the student scores arent up then we all get put on a teacher growth plan (which is an even bigger pain in the butt!).

But yeah....we're all drama queens........sure pj...sure!
