i wonder what this'll do to the "promised" hogan/austin mania match?

i think austin is a tool for walking out on this whole deal. again.

i also think that this is the final straw against any "well, at least he's not hogan" type fans because this is the same type of whiny shit people always harp on the hulkster -- like he's the only one who overtly looks out for himself.

hell, even right after the hogan/hbk fight, where hbk gave a few consecutive "break the fourth wall" type shoot promos, his whole point was that hogan was a dick for hurting the story... and yet hbk was doing just that, by breaking character and hurting the story, then, like, joking his way through the next two storylines.

really, the only reason he was pissed, was because hogan is probably the only guy who can outrank hbk backstage, and michaels didn't get his way this time.

in this instance, all austin had to do was take a hit and lose in a fake storyline match, where he'd clearly be losing in a gimmicky, not-clean fashion. not at all that hurtful to his character, considering austin, himself, is not currently a wrestler.

That WM match was still not a given as Austin was very much against it anyway.
When Hogan came out & did his promo about the match,Austin knew nothing about it,and still made no effort to make it happen!

As far as I know,Austin has not walked,he just used the back injury as an excuse,so if he does decide to go ahead with Hogan/Austin at WM,it can still happen!
