The Cyborg got lame after Hunter/Prey.
Ben Reilly was an interesting character. He may have been better off as the Scarlet Spider though (who had a neat costume). However him as Spider-Man was cool too, though he got the short end of the stick being a clone and all.
The Electro-Superman saga had good subplots.
Az-bats was over rated.
