Wow. One thing: With all the speculation forming around Batman and how he might kill someone or get sent to Arkham, all I can say is I hope AJ leiberman doesnt do it in the final issue of Gotham Knights. It would wrap up Hush very well [just kill the bastard], but Leiberman is a hack, he will ruin it.....

Not so. I have a theory that the Universe has melded into his costume, forming a sentient being. Its actually Maxwell Lord, posing as Universal debris, who reached out across realities to possess his cape with a mixture of mind powers and technologically advanced Coconut and Mirror technology

Gotham Central is ending? That's nothing short of a fucking crime. It's the best bat-title out there - and Batman isn't even in it 90% of the time. Honestly, it was like reading a script of Homicide with each issue, 'cept there was some crazy guy dressed up as a bat in the background whose presence the cops had to deal with. Great title in a sea of mediocrity. Shame.

And Wonder Woman is ending too? I wonder if the rumors of Diana dying and Donna taking over the WW mantle have any merit...

Hawkman becoming Hawkgirl, check.

"Wonder Woman" cancelled, check (being relaunched by Allan Heinberg and Terry Dodson as a One Year Later title - probably with Donna Troy in the lead)

"Gotham Knights" and "Gotham Central" cancelled, check (look for "Streets Of Gotham" and "Batman Confidential" soon.)

"Flash" cancelled… ooh, not check (but with LITG rumouring Bart Allen in the lead, written by Mark Waid… it all ties in nicely for a One Year Later relaunch.)

This has also been reported at other sites. One of the superman books is going to be cancelled as well and restarted as Superman Cinfinential.

Here's a thought: instead of "re-launching" new titles, they make sure that the titles don't suck in the first place?

Thats whats driven him crazy, all the chaiffing, that, and maxwell lords constant comments about his cheeks of steel....

As far as the re-launches go, I second that the new names reek. I can understand re-launches of some key titles, but not loads, and not with names that really suck. Its bad enough picking up comics and being laughed at, it'd be even worse carrying home a title called 'Batman Confidentials'

Again, I have to say IC is shit! In the current continuity the multiverse never existed (even though the current continuity wouldn't exist without the multiverse), GA Supes even said so in IC #2! When the universe was reborn, after the big fight with the Anti-Monitor before the big bang, the new DC Earth was an amalgamation of the five Earth's that survived the Crisis, with Earth-1 being the main focal point of the new reality. Now GA Supes wants to restart the universe, with Earth-2 as the new focal point? WTF? Does that make him a bad guy now? Does that mean everyone in the current continuity has to fight off the Pre-Crisis Super-trio in order to save their reality? This is fucked...

After seeing this cover I now see my worst fears coming to fruition...

Yes, I know, and that may be a new concept for them, but it would take less effort and make hella more sense to be good in the first place, than to scream "do over" and piss off legions of crazed fan boys and girls with dozens of cross overs and relaunches.
