I'm taking an undergrad class at a grad level as an independent study, because all the other possibilties were off-limits due to schedule conflicts. But as for equals...well, I've kinda staged a coup and assumed command of the group in an attempt to get everybody to do their job.

I ask that only in preface to this: If you jumped in to assert command/control of the group at the outset, don't be totally surprised when members of the group slack off. If you make it seem that things are to be done your way, other people are often more than willing, then, to let you do all the work.
