I can't symphatize with Invisible Man there, since he's a traitor an' all. Plus, he's stupid enough to go after the person Hyde almost cares for. And he forgot about the fact that his invisibility is totally useless against Hyde's infra-red vision.

Invisible Man was the villain, and it can't be considered great because Hyde totally punked him out.

As for the Lucifer bit, the story has stakes so high that murdering an entire universe doesn't seem that big a deal, especially if not a single arc is devoted to making people relate to the lost realms, etc. I mean, several characters in the series can murder millions of entities with but a thought, and bring them back with as much effort.
