Without getting conspiratorial, I think that the Jewish religion gets more play than other minority religions because the adherents of same are especially prominent in the fields of law, government and media.
I'm not saying the jews "control" any of those. However, it would be ignoring reality to pretend that, for example, Louis Brandeis, Joe Lieberman and Stephen Spielberg being Jewish didn't, or doesn't, affect their work...work that affects/affected millions nationwide.
Also, there is the fact that Judaism is probably the closest religion to Christianity in that Christianity is an offshoot of Judaism. Look, for example, at how we refer to many of our traditions as "judeo-christian."
