Your post illustrates the problem the GOP has with the Abramoff scandal. You edited out any reference to Republican Ney who is actually connected to the Abramoff!
The GOP needed to police itself when they took over. Instead they insulated themselves in their power & have shown that their no better than the Democrats they replaced. In fact it's worse with a Republican President, House & Senate. The only thing to hold them in check is for Dems to retake back some of the power. Otherwise it will be back to bussiness as usual after the elections.
